Love our new Kia Soul but the process of purchasing it was long, disorganized and most confused. Henry was also working with at least 1 other customer? The sales manager was very busy. We said we would buy the car and come back Monday to finalize but they would not let us leave. Car finally delivered 2 days after purchase…after we threatened to cancel the deal! Took almost 4 hours at dealership when they knew we were coming and which car we wanted! May buy another Kia but Daytona is off my list! More
