Alma made the entire experience fun, from looking at the car we were interested in, to test driving it and comparing it to a similar type car from another car maker. When bringing our Corolla in for service, Martin Koehler continually followed up to see if we were ready to make the next purchase knowing our interest in the Rav 4. This is our second vehicle from Toyota of Tampa Bay. We are very pleased with all aspects from sales to service. Other sales agents were eager to assist us in answering questions about the car.
