Went in to get an oil change. Pulled up and was getting checking in and was asked if I had an appointment. I said no and the assistant Penny asked her manager I saw he said yes. S Pulled up and was getting checking in and was asked if I had an appointment. I said no and the assistant Penny asked her manager I saw he said yes. She told me no and I would have to come back. I left pulled out, went on the Toyota app schedule an appointment in less than 5 minutes from my current time and pulled back in and got my cars oil change. Ashley was my attendant and she was amazing. Notching on her. Employees like Penny are cancers in an organization and decrease profit related to horrible customer service. More
