The overall experience with the dealership customer service was over the top. Abraham spent the time with us to explain all the features and made sure we learned and understood every single function in the Macan. He has also been following up with phone calls to see how we liked the car and if we had any questions. I highly recommend Hennessy Porsche and Abraham for the best dealership service I have ever experienced. More

After visiting the Mercedes, Land Rover, and Jaguar dealerships, I was still missing "something" in my experiences. I couldn't pin it down but I thought for grins and giggles I would stop at the Porsche dealer and compare those cars as well. I was greeted by Abraham who spent a few minutes determining my needs, wants, and desires. We chose to test drive the Macan and the rest is in the history books. I had found the "something" I was looking for. Selection was a challenge but not for Abraham. We built the car I wanted in the showroom. Shortly thereafter, he found a Macan on a ship that meet my needs. We came to terms without the stereotypical pounding you generally get at dealerships. Delivery went very smooth. As in most cases, you tend to forget all the bells and whistles but not a problem, Abraham was just a phone call away. If you are looking for a true professional experience, go see Abraham Caracheo. A pleasure purchase made perfect I had the recent pleasure of purchasing (leasing) a 2015 Boxster from Hennessy Porsche and specifically Abraham Caracheo. I first called Jim Ellis I had the recent pleasure of purchasing (leasing) a 2015 Boxster from Hennessy Porsche and specifically Abraham Caracheo. I first called Jim Ellis who did not even have any Boxsters in stock at that time except a stripped down one which I had no interest in. I read the reviews first on Hennessy and was so pleased by the amount of reviews as well as the high marks they received that I decided to call. I first spoke to Abraham who was pleasant and knew his product line well and with great enthusiasm. I asked him specifically about one particular car and for a best price upfront as I did not want to go through the usual back and forth. He told me to give him 30-45 minutes to get with his sales Manager and he would call me back. He did call me back quickly and with a great price. I drove out several days later and test drove the car and Abraham went over all the features that the car had. I was blown away by the car itself, it was so much fun to drive!! Let me preface this by saying that I have owned over 70 cars, mostly BMW and Mercedes over the course of my years of driving and this was my first Porsche experience. Michael Caldwell was instrumental in getting me the best deal upfront, coupled with Abraham's product knowledge and enthusiasm, this was a no brainer and such a pleasure. I am thrilled to say that I now own a new BMW, Mercedes and now a new Boxster, life is GREAT! All 3 are very different cars and I find myself gravitating toward the Porsche if the weather would just improve a bit more with some sunshine! I cannot recommend Hennessy Porsche enough, I was given such great and professional treatment coupled with a meticulously clean car several hours later. It was a no hassle and uncomplicated deal and I am thrilled that I made this choice. I am more than happy to recommend Abraham, Michael and Jamey, this truly was a pleasure purchase. Thank you.
