Abraham exceeded my expectations not just because of his knowledge and experience with Porsche cars, but also because of his character which provides a calm, collective, trust worthy environment to search for the Porsche that is the best fit for you. Abraham’s multi-lingual skills are a significant advantage to buyers who want to express certain ideas that do not have a comparable English translation. His knowledgebase about the Macan and Porsche are second to none, as are his trained Porsche driving skills which are extremely impressive. He listened closely to my interests, and consulted me (not sold me) on what features and options would serve me best based upon my criteria. Moreover, his demonstration of the Macan S’s superior acceleration, turning, braking and handling further solidified my confidence that Porsche has the very best sports SUV in the industry - hands down. Abraham truly embodies the meaning of what a Porsche Certified Brand Ambassador should be at Porsche. I have been to numerous dealerships over the past year, and there is no one even closely comparable to Abraham as a professional and as an individual. If you are considering a Porsche, seek out Abraham Caracheo at Hennessy Porsche of North Atlanta to make your car search experience unforgettable in the most positive ways. More

My Porsche sales experience at Hennessy Porsche with Abraham Caracheo epitomized everything that ma I have been in customer service for over 40 years. My Porsche sales experience at Hennessy Porsche with Abraham Caracheo epitomized everything that makes customer service legendary. Customer service is all about product expertise and trust. Abraham's wealth of knowledge of all things Porsche is astounding! He took the time to find out what out about his client's wants and needs. His patience with this Porsche neophyte in explaining technology, systems, and performance helped tremendously. Abraham worked closely with Jamey Holt to coordinate a complicated financial and logistical transaction in an extremely short period of time. I plan on buying another Porsche in the future. When I decide to purchase another Porsche, I will travel from South Florida to Hennessy Porsche because of the excellent performance of this Porsche Mannschaft! More

He was very professional without applying any pressure and also accommodating my preferred evaluation style. It was the best dealer expereinec that I've experienced in 30 years. Abraham even proactively followed up with a call to check on my satisfaction and answer any questions on a Saturday. He reminded me of a second key that I need to pickup and helped me program my garage door. More importantly, the negotiations were honest and fair while providing transparency throughput the process. When I went to finalize paperwork, both David and Jamey were equally professional and honest. I never expected that I'd be a customer for life at a luxury dealer, but I confident that I'll be a customer for life with Hennessy. More
