Hi I visited Mini of Ramsey 3 times, and the last experience was poor. 6 plus hours to buy a car only to find out the title needed an additional signature Worked through that issue, had to return t experience was poor. 6 plus hours to buy a car only to find out the title needed an additional signature Worked through that issue, had to return the next day with appropriate documents signed, Asked before leaving was there anything else needed, answer no. Text message at 730 pm needed a copy of a drivers license. Missing license front license plate bracket?? Informed sales, would be replaced when my plates come in Sales manager didn’t introduce himself, not dresses as I would expect, scuffed up shoes, no tie, He took car to be detailed prior to a test drive. He seemed disconnected to the customer on a slow day. I did test drive a clubman 4 months prior on my visit. This test drive for this car with none. There was no sales introduction to cars function. My introduction was the New York State thruway during rush hour figuring things out. Ps on a positive note, Michelle did what was required very nicely.
