Abe, the General Manager, went beyond his responsibility and did a free repair on my car (although it was out of warrantees for this particular issue).. He prides himself on the positive responses from his customers, and is building relationships and gaining trust. I had a terrific salesman, Robert, who was always responsive to my needs and concerns.. And Joe the Service Manager was great.. smart, great communicator and skill.. He easily diagnosed the problem. Also a small point is the coffee is good and the bathrooms are immaculate.. like a fancy hotel. I was stunned when told my car was being detailed after the repair.. I live in Ct and am considering bringing my car to Prestige Mini of Ramsey.. They are so superior to the Dealership I visited in Ct ... I am not suggesting you will get a free repair, but you will get an honest and comprehensive response to your car service needs. and you will feel well cared for.... highly unusual in a dealership. More

Terrible Customer Service I planned to buy out my lease, I was forced to drive all the way to the dealership because they refused to do the paperwork via email - and then to ad I planned to buy out my lease, I was forced to drive all the way to the dealership because they refused to do the paperwork via email - and then to add insult to injury, nearly two months after all of the paperwork was signed and submitted and they have all of my current information, I still do not have my updated registration. I was originally told that it was sent out, then that was denied, and then they had to send out a second set of temp plates after the first set expired, and then they needed me to sign the Power of Attorney paperwork again, and then I was told that they needed a copy of my current insurance card - all of which I hand-delivered when I was forced to leave work early to come and sign the paperwork the first time. So here it is, 49 days after I officially bought out my lease and they still have not provided me with my updated registration as promised and cannot tell me when I'll get it, which is the perfect textbook example of poor management. I feel like this is only happening to me because I declined to purchase any of the "extras" that I was offered and that the dealership felt that they did not make enough money from me. I am anxiously waiting to receive my registration so that I never ever have to deal with them again. I would never recommend them to anyone. More
