Terrible Customer Service I planned to buy out my lease, I was forced to drive all the way to the dealership because they refused to do the paperwork via email - and then to ad I planned to buy out my lease, I was forced to drive all the way to the dealership because they refused to do the paperwork via email - and then to add insult to injury, nearly two months after all of the paperwork was signed and submitted and they have all of my current information, I still do not have my updated registration. I was originally told that it was sent out, then that was denied, and then they had to send out a second set of temp plates after the first set expired, and then they needed me to sign the Power of Attorney paperwork again, and then I was told that they needed a copy of my current insurance card - all of which I hand-delivered when I was forced to leave work early to come and sign the paperwork the first time. So here it is, 49 days after I officially bought out my lease and they still have not provided me with my updated registration as promised and cannot tell me when I'll get it, which is the perfect textbook example of poor management. I feel like this is only happening to me because I declined to purchase any of the "extras" that I was offered and that the dealership felt that they did not make enough money from me. I am anxiously waiting to receive my registration so that I never ever have to deal with them again. I would never recommend them to anyone. More

This is my 3rd Mini Cooper with them and they always give me great service. Ryan Patti has been my service coordinator for the last Minis and he’s the best. He always greets me and I just know I’m in great hands. If I’m coming in for one thing and another thing pops up that needs to be addressed I am always informed and given a detail run down and I forally apprecia that. I love that they offer loaners when a work order needs some time and if I have to wait- there waiting area is big, comfortable, and dog friendly. Great dealership! Thanks Mini of Ramsey! More
