When i first entered the dealership i was not in the market to buy. Through friendly service from Abu my experience buying my first car was excellent. I had a very positive experience at Jennings from the initial contact through its website asking about a specific car and its availability to completing the sale paperwork and driving the car off the lot initial contact through its website asking about a specific car and its availability to completing the sale paperwork and driving the car off the lot two days later. Working with Abu Badar was great. He was very knowledgeable and made the whole process stress-free. I can really tell that at Jennings, customer service is a top priority. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I was amazed at how quickly I was able to complete the sale and pick up the car. The last time I bought a car was 10 years ago, but after my experience with Jennings I will not wait as long again. More

I personally had a great experience working with Abu and Ray. They were pleasant, professional and I was at ease through the entire transaction. In the past I'd feel quite the opposite. Sometimes I felt like I was experiencing a good cop/ bad cop routine, and for the past 25 years I have had ZERO dealer loyalty. That's changed. No back and forth, no drama. Amazing Amazing Amazing! I worked with abu badar over the phone to make a deal, he was great and so was the dealership! I went in to Jennings just to look at cars with no intention of buying on that day. I test drove many vehicles with Abu Badar and at no point did he pressure me into purchasing a particular vehicle. H intention of buying on that day. I test drove many vehicles with Abu Badar and at no point did he pressure me into purchasing a particular vehicle. He seemed content to let me test drive every car in the lot and if I didn't purchase a car his attitude was that it was simply not meant to be, but regardless he enjoyed meeting me. His attitude was so refreshing and enjoyable that I did purchase a great used car at a great price that day. They also gave me a very reasonable offer on my vehicle as a trade-in. I would strongly recommend Jennings to anyone looking for a Chevrolet , VW or any other make of car. More

I worked with Abu Badar while purchasing a used Jeep at Jennings Chevrolet. At first I was less than impressed. The first time I looked at the vehicle, it was dirty on the inside, had a tear in the seat Jennings Chevrolet. At first I was less than impressed. The first time I looked at the vehicle, it was dirty on the inside, had a tear in the seat and didn't start. When I came back late on a Saturday, Abu had the vehicle detailed and it looked terrific. Abu and his sales manager stayed late to negotiate a deal which was complete about a half hour after closing time. The transaction took a sour note on Sunday, when the Jeep didn't start. It was determined the battery was bad and needed to be replaced. Monday I called Abu and told him what happened. He immediately apologized and told me to send him the bill. There was no argument or run-around with him and he did what was justified. As part of the sales terms, I returned later in the week to have the leather fixed at no charge. While Abu was busy with another customer, he made a point to come talk to me, and apologize again for the battery while I waited for the repair. I was very satisfied how Abu handled everything and the leather turned out terrific like he promised. There were many ways this situation could have been handled and I think Abu handled it in the best possible way for his customer. While I wasn't pleased I had to go through all of this, I am happy that everything turned out well and I am still satisfied. More

I initially brought my 2001 In for repairs, but after a week of looking at it and trying to figure out the problem, they couldn't. They could have tried to sell me several new parts, but they were not 100 week of looking at it and trying to figure out the problem, they couldn't. They could have tried to sell me several new parts, but they were not 100% sure it would fix it. I decided to buy a brand new car to replace it. This was the first time I bought a car alone, let alone a brand new car. As scary as it was I didn't feel like I was pressured, everyone was fair and honest. And they worked hard to make sure I got the best deal on the car that I could. More
