Upon arrive, we were greeted by a professional and friendly sales representative, Ace. As we waited for the vehicle we were interested to arrive from another location, Ace helped us look at other vehi friendly sales representative, Ace. Once the vehicle we were interested in arrived, we completed a test drive and made the decision that we were ready to proceed with purchase. The process of credit check, down payments, working numbers, and trade-in value all went relatively smooth. There was a small hiccup with some numbers we were not happy with, but they were able to come up with a solution to work out the issue, and we were satisficed with the outcome. An agreement regarding our bottom line was made and then off to the finance guy we went. Everything from there was as expected. I would have given a 4.5 rating due to the "numbers issue" and we almost drove off without the temp tag on but the app will not let me. All-in-all, the people that we dealt with seemed honest, polite and truly willing to help us leave with the best deal possible. I would recommend this dealership to any one looking to get into a vehicle. More
