Poor communication. Nobody answers the phone or returns calls. I left 3 messages with no response. Finally drove up there to see what the status was on my car. Perfect experience. Had warranty work performed, was offered a vehicle to use while mine was under repair, and Adam did a great job of keeping me updated. Zeigler also uses text messages, which is very helpful when you need a quick inquiry. I received a video from the technician showing me what needed to be done, which was another great touch.
