Kevin Rodriquez never care to take me inside the service desk to explain what my car needs and pricing. He basically tried to do all this while park in the service parking area and expect me to know the pri desk to explain what my car needs and pricing. He asked me" you been here before" i said, " yes" then he said" then you know the price" he was condescending and almost racist because i see him service while folks the acceptable way and yet treat me differently.
