With it being under construction right now I feel a little uncomfortable when I have to have my car serviced. The waiting for a ride to and from across the street is not something I care for. When I first contacted Nissan about the recall regarding my headlights they didn't know anything about the recall. After looking into the matter they did determine that I was correct regarding the email an my headlights they didn't know anything about the recall. After looking into the matter they did determine that I was correct regarding the email and letters I had received. Not sure why the office staff wasn't informed about the headlight recall. Adam was very professional in checking over my headlights and setting up another date to get them replaced. It was a bit of an inconvenience to be shuttled around to wait for my vehicle as Nissan is under construction. Overall things went went. More
