I took my CRV 2015 in to be serviced. I’m so impressed by the professionalism and kindness of the staff. Everything was explained to me carefully and all my questions were answered fully. I bought new tires at Rohrman Honda about two months ago and have had to return 3 times for additional service on 1 tire that has a slow leak. It appears they may have corrected the problem but the 3 retur and have had to return 3 times for additional service on 1 tire that has a slow leak. It appears they may have corrected the problem but the 3 return trips and many trips to go find an air compressor in the early morning have been frustrating. The 3rd trip was to replace a part on the valve stem that the service technician over tightened. So while Adam did a good job responding to the problem, I feel like the technician working on the tires did not live up to my expectations. An apology and something like a coupon for an free oil change or free rotation would have made me feel better about how Rohrman responded to my lost time and money. More

Everyone I met was very professional. The check in lady was very customer oriented! She was business like, but polite and makes a positive impression. The service was prompt and efficient. Usually very happy with your service department - however this time I was charged $130.00 to diagnose a light coming on. You supposedly cleaned the "gas cap" and cleared the codes. The light came on before this time I was charged $130.00 to diagnose a light coming on. You supposedly cleaned the "gas cap" and cleared the codes. The light came on before I got home. There was a recall on the call and they ordered the part. Come to find out that was what the problem was to begin with and I had to pay more for the part. Just disappointed that it feels like "a raquet" every time we go in for anything - even just an oil change. More
