They sold me a vehicle that the car fax indicated was
fixed. I wasn’t and when I took it back they told me off. I went and had it assessed by a independent mechanic and it was far more of a problem than

For example, this past service (10/2022) for oil change and tire rotation asked if they could send the Honda through their car wash...In the past, the car wash has always been broken or out of soap or any other number of excuses for not sending the vehicle through the car wash. This past time, on a Saturday, they said the car wash was brushless and doesn't get a lot of the grime off...Ok. Still asked them to send it through. When I came to pick up the vehicle, they said the car wash building was locked so they couldn't wash it. This was at least the third time something was wrong with the car wash. Asked to have tires rotated, which it appears they did but makes me wonder as I checked after service and had all 4 valve stem caps on tires. Several days after service, noticed a valve stem cap missing. Checked remaining valve stem caps and they had they were all loose, like they had been threaded on with two turns but not tightened! Missing valve stem cap probably flew off while driving as it was hanging on by a thread, literally. For previous oil changes have received mis-matched valve stem caps on tires. Makes me wonder if they actually rotated the tires or just moved the valve stem caps around from front to back. Always have to check the oil level after oil change because I don't trust them and have to make sure they actually added oil back in after draining old as I don't want to burn up the engine.
