I brought my 2016 Jeep grand Cherokee in for a Check Engine light. I was told in could drop it after hours and brought it up just as they were locking their gates. The next morning I reached out for an update and no one I spoke to could locate my Jeep. I called back multiple times and was getting nowhere. I finally heard back that they had located my Jeep and were beginning to work on it. I was told that there was rodent damage with chewed wiring underneath the vehicle. I informed Adam that it was under warranty and that he needed to reach out to that company. I was contacted back and told that the work would not be covered because the mileage was too high. After doing research on my side it turns out that Adam had wrongly entered the mileage. I tried to call Adam to get this corrected with no reply. Finally I decided to drive on my lunch break up to the service department to get the mileage corrected. I got to the service department and spoke to Adam and was treated as an annoyance more than a customer. He did reach out to a tech and got me the proper mileage. I asked him to resubmit the correct mileage. When he did resubmit the mileage he entered it wrong again causing my claim to be denied. I spoke to the warranty company and they approved the work based on the correct mileage. I tried to reach Adam again with no luck so then asked to speak to a manager to try to resolve this issue. I have been in contact with customer service rep who has assisted me but as of this writing I still do not have my vehicle or has work started on it because Adam has not submitted the correct pictures. It has now been over two weeks that my vehicle has been in Olathe Dodge Jeep and I am still without a vehicle and am once again waiting for pictures to be submitted. More

I brought my Pacifica in for recall service. The recall postcard said it would take 1.5-2 days, and a rental vehicle would be available to me for free. It took over three months, and the only rental option was to rent a vehicle on my own credit card, with no specific completion date, and apply for reimbursement after the fact. I put over five thousand dollars in rental charges on my own card just to have transportation for the summer, and the hassle of applying for reimbursement is also completely on me to perform. The dealership sent me the required forms (2 pages), but each form is 4.8mb in size and the total maximum file size is 5.0, including the rental forms, so I am left with additional work reformatting all these files just to attempt to get any money back. After an incredible inconvenience that ruined many of our family summer break plans, neither the dealership nor Stellantis have offered even a token good will gesture of apology. At least last recall I got some free oil changes and tire rotations for the inconvenience. Absolutely terrible experience all around. More

Been a customer here for many years and this was by far the worst service from the service department I've ever experienced. No communication at all about my vehicle being ready, I waited in the waiting ar the worst service from the service department I've ever experienced. Check engine light still on with no explanation whatsoever. Upon submitting a complaint afterward, I was bombarded by robots/AI text messages and only ever received one phone call (voicemail) from an actual person, who then did not answer or return my 4 follow up calls/vms. Not pleased Car in 2 x uconnect issues and still not fixed!!! Unfortunately poor customer service and quality attention to repair my vehicle has been poor. Promised follow up has not happened either even after addressing my concerns with management. I am still waiting for the follow up as the new service manager seemed sincere. Maybe this is not the case? I hope unaddressed concerns with my vehicle will not leave me on the side of the road. More

Ive never been more disappointed in a service department. I brought my truck in for front end noises and some recall work. They said I needed new tires and an alignment. So $1400 dollars later I have new tires but the front end still makes clinking noises. They had it for nearly 2 weeks and still couldn't fix my truck. Glad im out $1400 for tires I didnt need and still have a truck that is broken. Not to mention the $250 for a rental car because the repairs took so long. I talked to our service writer and he never called me back to correct the issue. Worst experience ever. More
