I am very dissatisfied with my service. I am having an issue with my truck (still am even after service) and they did not address the issue and did not even try to submit a warranty claim. They were able to replicate the issue I was having, and agreed that it was problematic (a noise issue) but ultimately said that they didn't think Stallantis would warranty it because it was "working as designed". I told them multiple times that I didn't agree with their definition of "working as designed" because 1) it didn't use to always make the grinding noise that it currently does, and 2) the hurricane engine on my loaner truck did not make the same grinding noise and 3) the engine was specifically designed to be quiet, and I can hear the issue loudly in the cabin. The dealership did not fight for me, and I don't feel taken care of, and I was without my truck for 10 days and now I have it back and it almost seems worse than before. Totally dissatisfied. More
