The service department at this dealership consistently disappoints. Stellantis itself was extremely disappointing for taking over a week to respond on a recall notice which resulted in no real change to t disappoints. Stellantis itself was extremely disappointing for taking over a week to respond on a recall notice which resulted in no real change to the vehicle, which they apparently could have completed much quicker. The Olathe chrysler dealership is similarly disappointing because despite keeping our vehicle for over a week and driving it at least 25 miles they did not refuel or charge the vehicle and left it dirty with obvious marks from service team members. Our individual service rep is fine and mostly responsive however is clear this dealership does not prioritize customer satisfaction at all. We would definitely not recommend this service department but it's the only close chrysler dealership so we are forced to deal with them for the issues that continue to pop up in our pacifica. This makes us never want to purchase a chrysler or Stellantis product again. More

Issue resolved, I came in with an idea of the problem and solution, alerted the technician and I was correct. Unfortunately while at the shop the front windshield got scratched on the inside driver area abou solution, alerted the technician and I was correct. Unfortunately while at the shop the front windshield got scratched on the inside driver area about 2 inches long. Waiting to hear back about a recall resolution and when I can get that issue addressed with my vehicle. If I had been responded to already the rating would be higher. No answer yet today 1/17/25 when question asked 1/8/25 in a text that said for future vehicle questions to ask that text message string. More
