Rough start but very pleased! My husband and I were treated poorly by a member of the sales team on our first visit to this dealership; we went home frustrated and without the vehi My husband and I were treated poorly by a member of the sales team on our first visit to this dealership; we went home frustrated and without the vehicle we had went to purchase. I left a review on facebook explaining what happened and received a response from Adam the next day. Adam was top notch and very easy to work with. He made things right and apologized for the treatment we received. We ended up purchasing the vehicle we had initially looked at and they delivered it the next day! At the end of the day there is still someone in sales who I believe needs some further customer service training but Adam and Janelle went out of their way to make sure we had a positive experience!
