I'm from Lima and I've been here most of my life. I graduated from Bath High School in 2003 & I attended Bowling Green and Ohio State for about 5 years after that. I've worked in sales here at Allan Nott since 2008 and it doesn't seem nearly that long! I enjoy what I do and that I get to meet new people everyday! Just wanted to say that Adam Cox is what sold the vehicle to us. We were totally not thinking about leasing a vehicle until we talked with Adam about leasing. My wife loves the 2013 Honda Odyssey that we sel to us. We were totally not thinking about leasing a vehicle until we talked with Adam about leasing. My wife loves the 2013 Honda Odyssey that we selected and the dealership had no problem getting the vehicle in from another location and adding the DVD Player System that we asked for. Paperwork went easy and fast. They definitely went out of their way to get us into a payment we were comfortable with and felt secure about the lease after talking with Adam. I would definitely recommend Adam in sales as he is up front and honest. Thanks again Allan Nott and Adam Cox for making our overall experience a pleasant one. More

This is a very friendly dealership. Everyone has a smile and appears happy to be working there. They are very helpful and courteous. It was essentially still a new car even though it was a 2010model. My car had 23,000 miles on it and was in excellent shape. it was regularly serviced at the dealership and I took very good care of my car. Actually, I was insulted by the trade in offered. In hind site I should have went to another dealership to see what kind of deal I could have gotten to compare. However, I did not do that. I was close to desperation to get a vehicle that I could get into and out of easily due to my arthritis. As a result I purchased a Rav 4 which is nice but does not have the options that I would have liked to have to make me happy with my new car. I have to accept responsibility for that, but in my conversation with my salesman, he new what I wanted and I think made me believe I could not afford what I wanted to get rid of the only Rav 4 on the lot. I would certainly buy another Toyota but I may look at a different dealership because of this experience. More

On 3/22/13 my needs for a different car was a necessity. I had stopped several car lots on my way to Allan Nott, to get a feel of car prices and condition. He guided me to the area and I found what I was looking for, by brand and model. Financing was exceptional in that I had not been prepaired for a purchase on that date. (no check book), but was trusted to deliver it on 3/25/13 in person for the down payment owed. I drove the car home on 3/22/13. One stop shopping and within an hour and a half. I have worked with Adam Cox twice in the last 3 years to purchase vehicles. In 2009, I decided to move from an Accord to something more utility-like. I had always loved the Ridgelines. I stopped at Allan purchase vehicles. In 2009, I decided to move from an Accord to something more utility-like. I had always loved the Ridgelines. I stopped at Allan Nott on a whim after test driving them elsewhere. I have had service work done at Allan Nott--and always been impressed--but I had never purchased a vehicle from them. Although they did not have what I wanted on the lot, Adam and Tod Ruble were very accommodating in locating what I wanted and negotiating the best deal possible on my 2009 Ridgeline RTS. (I also purchased a used Ford Ranger in the same transaction. I created quite a stir that day). Three and half years later, Allan Nott began contacting me about buying back my Ridgeline. They were not pushy, but I finally got back to them and asked some questions. I decided to head back and see Adam. While I loved my Ridgeline, I really missed my Accord. I arrived on a rainy night knowing that I would want a 2013 Accord EX-L, but I did not know whether I would want a 4 or 6 cylinder. I even knew what color I wanted. Adam did not waste time getting me into those vehicles for a test drive. And Tod was able to get the color, engine, and interior I wanted despite the fact that this exact combination was scarce in a five state area. The negotiations for the final price were fun and fair. When the entire family returned to pick up the car, the paper work with Steve Kowalski was quick, and we were on our way in record time. You also cannot beat Allan Nott's deal of free oil changes for a YEAR. Now that I am back in an Accord (and the 2013 is a fabulous car to drive), I will drive this car for a long time. I told Adam I will have to find him business through friends because I will drive this car a long time. I drove my previous Accord for 11 years and was still in love with it. I appreciate a business that understands how to please a customer. More
