I first met Adam several years ago when I stopped at Honda to discuss purchasing a minivan. My wife and I were looking for our first new car, but wanted to make sure we chose one that fit the profile we had in mind. Adam listened and offered suggestions in a calm, polite way. We test drove a few cars and Adam asked questions and answered our questions. He was never pushy and helped us find the car that we were looking for, which turned out to be a Honda Civic Hybrid. A year or so later we returned to buy another car and asked Adam to help locate a Honda Fit Sport. It took a few days and searches across a few states, but with help from others at Allan Nott, Adam was able to find the car that we wanted in the color that we wanted. Adam is very helpful, knowledgeable and gives great customer service. He has promptly answered questions on a few occasions and we recommend him highly. I would also like to mention a few others who have been helpful. Steve Kowalski was also great when we filed the documents to make the purchases of our vehicles. We have our cars serviced at Allan Nott. Jessica Randall and Brett Condon do a great job coordinating the service work that we have done. Additionally, the guys who do the service do a great job. These sre the kind of qualities that are imperative in order to have a thriving business. These are just some of the things that are apparent in Adam Cox. Not only that, He is also pleasant person to deal with. Knowing what I wanted in a vehicle was already a given but, having someone there to explain the options and listen to your concerns as well as make suggestions that you may not have thought of is also what sort of skills that hee obtains. If making a purchase of a vehicle was always this easy, there would be no need for FORD or GM. So thank you to the staff at Allan Nott Honda for making it a joyful experience. More

I had a 1995 Toyota Camry which I bought from Allan Nott in 1995. I loved the car, but my husband decided in 2008 it was time for me to get a newer car. So one day, I reluctantly decided to stop at Allan Nott to look around. I saw a 2006 Toyota Solara which I fell in love with. I walked toward the building and there was Adam Cox...ready to answer any questions I had. There was no pressure, but he was so friendly (not fake) and he took me through the process...running a carfax, per my request. I called my husband and told him I found a car. He was elated! By the time he came out I practically had the keys in my hand. Adam just made it all so easy. So when we decided to purchase a 2012 AWD, we went to see Adam. Again, he answered all our questions and made the process quick and enjoyable. I still have my Solara. I love the car. My only complaint with Toyota - not Allan Nott or Adam- is they no longer make the Solara. Bring it back, please. I've recommended Adam to several people...including my brother who lives in Troy, Ohio. I just trust him. More

I have also dealt with Bryan Fisher in the parts department who always goes above and beyond the call of duty to find the part that I am searching for. This company has two class act individuals working for them and they represent their company well. I would recommend doing business with these guys to everyone that I know.
