My sales rep at Mercedes Benz of Naples, Adam Davis, was phenomenal. What a great, vibrant, and outgoing person. When you first meet Adam he seems a little too energetic. Too enthusiastic. But then you realize, this isn't an act. This young man truly loves his job and his customers and by the end of the process, I felt like family. It's easy to get caught up in the car buying moment but this dealership, and Adam, made me feel welcome, special, and valued. I may not have been buying the most expensive Mercedes on the lot by a long shot, but they made me feel like I was. The transaction was easy, straight forward, and everything was as described. No surprises, no haggling, no anything. The finance manager Joe Jalbert was just as pleasant to deal with. After the paperwork which went smoothly and quickly, Adam spent well over an hour just going over the car, the features, and making sure I was comfortable. Since my purchase, he has called and emailed me to see if I am happy, have any questions, or if there is anything he could do for me. No dealership, nor sales person, has ever done that for me before. Bottom line is that in my opinion, this is an A+ dealership. You simply can't go wrong. I will be buying future cars at Mercedes of Naples, especially if Mr. Davis is still around. More

When we became dismayed at the service provided by our previous favorite car company there was only one person to call and we have him on speed dial. Our decision to consider joining the MB club was based solely on our fantastic relationship with Adam over the years. A phone call and a few texts later and we were at the dealership working out some of the minor details. Most of our time there was spent learning about the car and catching up with Adam on life since our last purchase. We can't say enough. Go see for yourself. More

Adam Davis answered the call. From the onset he was very knowledgeable providing answers to all of our questions. Normally we would have arranged for an independent inspection as the car would be shipped to us sight unseen. Adam's personal Interest and attention to detail earned our confidence. He made sure that as a used vehicle it was in excellent condition. Our trust was not misplaced. When the car arrived it was as he promised, exceeding our expectations. He was very professional, very courteous and most competitive in his presentation to win over my father-in-law. Adam's delivery of the auto was meticulous and although I have received delivery on many high end cars, his presentation of the automobile and its complicated features was the best I have ever experienced. How ever long Adam took, it was worth while and there was none of the eternal waiting and wasted time that is usually part and parcel of receiving a new car. We drove away with complete confidence in what he had shown us and with his full assurance that he was only a phone call away if we had any questions and/or problems.
