We originally went into Colonia Mazda for servicing. Then went into the showroom to just investigate a new CX-5. That’s when we met Adam. What a great guy. A pleasure to deal with him. Adam truly is the bes I am HONORED to be writing Adam Dean’s 500th review!!! Did you know that when you spell amazing, it is spelled A-D-A-M-D-E-A-N. Adam truly is the best in the business. I was in a car accident and was rear ended, which totaled my 2018 Mazda CX5 (which I purchased from Adam, of course). Adam was incredible through the entire process, from contacting my insurance company to making all of the arrangements to get me a new Mazda CX-5. It was done all over the phone. He even delivered my car to my house because I was afraid to drive in the ice to pick it up. Is that over the top or what?? No one would do that. Every step of the way Adam was supportive and helpful to make sure that I received a new vehicle in as timely a manner as was feasibly possible. He is much more than a car salesman, he is a car Magician! He will fix all of your car problems, and make them go away. Even if he does not sell you a car, he will be there to help you resolve a problem with your present car. Thank you Adam- You ROCK and I love you!!!! RUN do not walk to see Adam at Colonial Mazda.
