Go see Adam! I went in to Colonial Mazda in the hopes of getting my very first car for the right price. My brother was also looking to purchase his first brand new I went in to Colonial Mazda in the hopes of getting my very first car for the right price. My brother was also looking to purchase his first brand new car. We had the pleasure of meeting Adam Dean. He was Amazing!! He worked with us to ensure we were both getting what we were looking for. As a first time car owner I knew very little of what needed to be done, Adam made it a very easy process. I was unable to pick up my car on the day we had set up and Adam was very patient with me. He re-scheduled my delivery 3 times. He had to go on vacation and even then he contacted me a few times to make sure the delivery went well. After returning from his vacation he contacted me again to make sure everything was going well with my brand new CX-5. Thank You Adam for all of your help! You’re the best!! More

Adam worked with me to meet my budget, made all recommendations and allowed me to choose what I wanted without pushing me into anything that I did not want. He goes above and beyond to provide the best customer service. I’m personally a picky shopper and like to joke around a lot. Adam was able to match my needs and was hilarious but profesional throughout the sales experience. When it was time to test drive the car Adam gave me the car keys and allowed me to take my time and explore everything I wanted. Even after my purchase, he set everything up with my insurance company and DMV. At pick up, he sat down with me in the car and helped me set up all the features I needed. Even a week later Adam still follows up. While doing my research for buying a new car, one of the tips was to make sure you are enjoying the buying experience. I was more than 100% satisfied. I will recommend Adam to all my family members and friends. ADAM YOU ROCK! More
