Amazdaing experience just got a new thrilling twist! I've been a happy Mazda owner since 2009. Bought my first one, fab CX-9 then and became a Colonial Mazda customer soon thereafter. Was happy to get to know and rely upon Terry (Adams), a genuine gentleman and sincere man who has been always there for me to guide me thru everything service-related and more. What a terrific care he and the entire service department has taken of my Mazda in all these years! And recently, as it was time to move on and find a new vehicle, Terry introduced me to Adam (Dean), and so my Colonial Mazda experience got yet another, very positive dimension. Adam is a great guy too, a family man plus a dog person just like me! He did perfect job in walking me through the hoops, into my new Mazda, CX-5. He was very pleasant, stayed focused during the entire purchase process and walked me through all the marvellous features in this new car. Last but not least in this remarkable chain of events is Jay (Barnard), the business manager I had a pleasure to sit down with and complete this purchase — many tedious but necessary formalities he made feel like a boutique style, homey shopping experience. Kudos to all three gentlemen! More

This includes the Service Department as well. Dave has been there for every one of our purchases and is just so down to earth and honest that he makes us keep coming back. He's a 5 star guy for sure! Adam has sold us our last few cars and is always upbeat, positive and his greatest asset is he LISTENS! That is so important. Picking up our latest CX5 was so much fun and we needed his expertise to learn all the new electronics. He was great. Always a pleasure, could not ask for more from a car dealer. I went in the week of Memorial Day 2017 looking for the familiar, friendly face of Adam Dean. We had gone to high school together and I thought it'd be nice to see a familiar face when I went in. Adam didn't oversell me on any particular car. He pointed out what he thought was best for my budget and why and allowed me to decide for myself if I liked it.
