Adam Dean was authoritative, articulate, and even funny--good qualities in a salesman! He was easy-going, knowledgeable and most of all fun to talk to! We went out for a test drive and I was sold. I contacted Adam over the weekend and he got the paperwork going right away. He even had the specific car I wanted to be delivered from another dealer. After a couple of days, my car was ready to be picked up. Once I got there it looked pristine and even had a bow on it. Fast forward almost 5 years later where I sent Adam and email late on a Sunday night that I was interesting in a new Mazda. I received a replied back within minutes where we set up an appointment during business hours. The entire process (pre-purchase & purchase) was stress free and Adam was able to answer all my questions. Adam time and time again has gone above and beyond in terms of making sure my questions and concerns were addressed.
