The whole process (leasing in my case) was very smooth considering the fact that Adam and Dave had to get my car from another dealership because the model and color I wanted was not available out of their lot. He didn't try to push cars that he had in stock. He wanted me to get what I wanted, and I did. So I am thankful for that. I give him A++ for patience and his huge heart (he rescues dogs!). The pick up couldn't have been any easier. He took his time to take me through all of the new features that my new car had, even synced my phone with my car as we were there. Very thorough. I've already talked to my friends about my experience so watch out Adam, you may some new clients coming your way as everybody loves my CX5! More

Adam was super friendly, put no pressure on us, which was refreshing after dealing with the first dealership. He actually listened to what we wanted and needed and went out of his way to figure out the best way for us to save money, stay within our budget and to do what was in favor of our best interest. Adam & Roy went above and beyond to help us around a few issues, thinking outside of the box to make this happen for us. There was no pushing us towards something that was out of our budget or towards any extras that we didn't need.
