First and foremost, I truly felt like Adam treated me like he would his friend or family member, he was extremely enthusiastic, honest and personable. Being a woman going into a car dealership alone can be somewhat intimidating, but Adam put my concerns at ease and made the process enjoyable instead of stressful : ) This being my second Mazda 3 purchase (I absolutely love this car!!) I went into the meeting knowing pretty much what I wanted, I even called to ask if they had a particular vehicle in stock. Heather made a same day appointment for me with Adam and when I arrived after a looong drive from NYC she welcomed me and offered refreshments. Adam had the car parked and ready to go for the awesomest test drive either of us have probably ever experienced (imagine winding roads, the sun setting behind a lake with a deer family across the horizon lol). He explained all the car features and let me spend as much time as I needed to get a feel for the car. I never felt rushed or pressured into making any rash decisions. I got a fair amount for my trade-in, which was a smooth process and negotiated a fair deal on the new car, thanks to Adam and the sales manager. The entire process was smooth, quick and painless. I returned the following day to pick up the car, big white bow and all, all financing in order ready to sign my papers and out the door with my brand new beauty!!! He even took time to take a pic of me with my new car. Went to another dealer prior to this where there was a lot more haggle involved in a car they couldn't even deliver. It was well worth the ride and would recommend to others looking for a stress-free, no pressure, easy car buying environment : ) Thanks Adam! More

I met Adam right when I walked in the door, and even though I went in looking for a different employee, he treated me just as kindly as he did once he was assigned to us as our representative. The weather was horrible, but we needed to test drive a car for our growing family, Adam was full of energy and information from start to finish and even went on two test drives with us so that my wife and I could test out the car we were interested in while the other stayed back at the dealership with our two children. Also, having the kids area with toys and couches helped us juggle everything ;) He had answers to all our questions. He helped us get the price of the car we could fit into our budget and felt like he was on "our side" from the start. Everyone at this dealership was very welcoming and seemed like experts in their field! I would definitely recommend them to a friend! More

Adam is definitely a true businessman mixed with a fun, genuinely honest guy. I have never laughed so hard on a test drive on my life. I was concerned with the sound quality (soccer mom midlife crisis). Adam plugged in the Bluetooth, put on some rap music through the Bose system and assured me I wouldn't be disappointed. I highly recommend working with Adam if you are looking for a solid deal and a good time. Definitely not your normal haggling, annoying, frustrating sales deal! More

Adam didn't push after I went in for the initial test drive; he gave me the time I needed to come to my own decision on which car to buy. When I did decide, Adam did the absolute best job so that we both walked away satisfied with the entire experience; and I drove a really hard bargain myself! During this time he did not bother me with emails trying to make the sale and when I came back to him a few months later, he was able to answer every question I had and worked on giving me the best price possible. When it came time to buy my new car, Adam made sure to have all the paperwork ready to go to avoid sitting around the dealership for hours. Adam was very knowledgeable and patient with me while evaluating what I needed and showing me my options. He continued to be very thorough filling me in on every aspect of the buying process making it as fun and easy as possible. Being a fellow Newtowner he took very good care of me and I was able to come pick up my beautiful Mazda 3 the same week. The dealership does follow through as well to make sure that you are enjoying your new ride because they are genuine about you having your car for the long run. I would definitely recommenced this dealership to anyone I know. More

Adam Dean was my salesman and was very helpful and not in the least bit aggressive in pushing a sale. They were accommodating in the fact that I wanted to take delivery that day to save myself another hike. It was definitely not the "stereotypical " car dealership. Adam was awesome, down to earth guy. Fred was helpful with the financing portion and gave me awesome choices for service plans. I would most certainly recommend the dealership and will buy next car there. More
