After a couple of very pleasant visits, Adam was able to get him into a beautiful, pre-owned Red 2012 Mazda 6. Adam is terrific to work with. He's got a great sense of humor and he really knows his stuff - he knows his Mazdas inside and out! He is very personable and was able to read our needs immediately. He really put my boyfriend at ease during the process. He came up with several options so we were able to see what was available to us and we are extremely happy with this car! Completely different from my experiences with Straits Turnpike salesmen earlier in the week, talk about pressure! After test driving a 2010 RAV 4 I told him I was going to check out a few other dealerships and left. I came back the next evening and made a reasonable offer that was quickly and happily accepted. Adam came in the next day (his day off) and finished up the deal. He called the RAV 4's previous owner and made arrangements for them to overnite the spare set of keys that had not yet been turned over. We finished the deal the next day and I couldn't be happier! However, after a year and a half of having her I was wanting/needing a newer car. I came here and in the first day I fell in love with the 2014 Mazda3, I got the greatest salesman I think I've ever met named Adam Dean. He knew everything about all the cars that were there, he asked me exactly what I was looking for and since I'm 18, I wanted fast, sporty, reliable, decent in snow, and he 100% delivered. He was very funny, caring, considerate, and made sure everything was set and in order the day of the purchase. I will definitely be continuing all of my leases at Colonial Mazda with Adam Dean! More
