I went in knowing what I could afford and what make I was interested in and they listened! No pushing into other models, pices I couldnt afford, or anything that made me second guess going in. The numbers were so clear and I was really happy with my choice. Their specials and incentives were honored and they have great loyalty programs. The only odd downside was that I never had auto insurance but I needed proof that I had it. Other than that, it was a really great first car leasing experience. More

Although the car with the features I wanted was not in stock, one had already been ordered that fit my needs well. I actually purchased the car over the phone. I was provided a very fair price over the phone and could not turn it down. With such a fair price, I did not feel the need to negotiate or waste time looking at other dealerships. It was one of the least stressful car-buying experiences I have had. The team provided a review of the car features at the time of pick-up and have responded to e-mails with further inquiries. Overall, I am very pleased with my car-buying experience at Sommer’s. More

Impreza lease We pretty much knew what we wanted, didn't need anyone trying to sell us anything, decided to drive 2 hours and give Sommers a try based on the review We pretty much knew what we wanted, didn't need anyone trying to sell us anything, decided to drive 2 hours and give Sommers a try based on the reviews we saw and their decent amount of inventory. Worked with the internet folks originally and then got Adam as our salesman. We decided to put money down on a vehicle that had recently shown up at the dealership but someone had beaten us to the punch. No big deal. Adam physically ran out to the lot to confirm it had been taken, and worked with us very well on a couple units that were in transit. He was awesome the whole time, no pressure and communicated well and often.He was very professional and appreciative. He was very busy the Saturday we came in to take delivery and we never felt rushed. I am 55 years old have been around vehicles my whole life and my share of dealerships and this was by far my best dealership experience. Keep up the good work Sommers. More
