Hi! My name is Adam "Subaru Guru" Driewer. I have been with Sommer's Automotive since '09 and have lived in Southeastern Wisconsin nearly my whole life. I have owned 9 Subarus, collectively, between my wife and myself. I am a stereotypical Subaru owner: love spending time with my family, being in the outdoors, and adore animals. I have been to Sommer's in Mequon a number of times and each time I am pleasantly surprised with the service I get from my salesman, Adam Driewer. Walking into the dealership I was expected to be bombarde each time I am pleasantly surprised with the service I get from my salesman, Adam Driewer. Walking into the dealership I was expected to be bombarded with salesman and treated like a piece of meat. To my surprise, Adam greeted me pleasantly, shook my hand and told me that if I had any questions to let him know. I instantly felt at ease. When it did come time for me to ask Adam some questions I was amazed. It wasn't his extensive knowledge of the Subaru product that shocked me, it was his passion for it. He genuinely enjoys learning about cars and is "selling Subaru because it IS the best brand out there." Adam treated me with the utmost respect and made sure he went the extra mile for me and helped me choose the perfect car to fit my personality and needs. Everything about my experience at Sommer's was incredible, from Adam to the Manager Howard. Even the other salesman were congratulating me on my new. It is a great TEAM over there at Sommer's. This was the first time I purchased a vehicle through a dealership. Adam made the entire process very simple, straightforward and enjoyable throughout. About a year or so ago my mother was looking for a new car, I recommend they visit Sommer's (as my mom wanted a Subaru) and I recommended that they visit Adam Driewer. My parents were extremely happy wit car, I recommend they visit Sommer's (as my mom wanted a Subaru) and I recommended that they visit Adam Driewer. My parents were extremely happy with Adam's help. He showed my folks a lot of options and gave them a great deal. When my mother's new Subaru Legacy was hit by another driver, my mother took the car to Sommer's to have it repaired, Adam was so kind as to give my mom updates on the repair of her car. My folks liked Adam so much that 4 months later, when my Grandmother wanted to replace her large old car with something a bit smaller, they stopped in to see Adam again. He was able to help my Grandma find a car that would be good in snow and manageable for her drive. She's been very happy with her purchase. Being this was the first time I was buying a car from a dealership, I was pretty nervous. After talking with Adam I felt more at ease since there wasn't any pressure or big sales pitch. When a girlfriend had raved about the new Subaru she and her husband purchased, I was a bit skeptical. Yet, visiting Sommer's and meeting Adam changed that. He was very friendly and made us truly feel at ea her husband purchased, I was a bit skeptical. Yet, visiting Sommer's and meeting Adam changed that. He was very friendly and made us truly feel at ease. His genuine, helpful manner was a far cry from the other sales people we met at other dealerships. Adam was clearly knowledgeable about not only the Forester we were looking to purchase, but about the Subaru company as well. It was clear that we found the right vehicle for our needs and the right person to help us. We never felt rushed or pressured at any time. He not only answered all of our questions, but also included a great deal of additional important information about the Forester as well. Adam worked overtime to keep us informed about model availability and price. We did not make this an easy task for him! Yet, the more we did our homework over the Forester, the more Adam reassured us that he would bend over backwards to do his best to meet our requirements. Sommer's is very fortunate to have someone like Adam on their sales team. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle. It's nice to know that Ozaukee County has an auto dealership that insists on maintaining a personal working relationship with local people even after the sale has been made. Having purchased several new vehicles over the years, this was by far the best dealership experience ive had. Having visited all three Subaru dealers in the area, Sommers was the hands down winner! Upon arrival I was greeted and directed to Adam Driewer. His knowledge of the product line up was impressive. I was looking for the Forester and within a few minutes had a vehicle outside to show me the features. He let me test drive the various trim levels and was very helpful in pointing out the features/differences between them. I returned three times before purchasing the model I wanted and all three times I got the same treatment from the dealership. I knew then that this was the place to buy it from! They had a great selection to choose from, but in the end with the options I had needed we ended up special ordering the vehicle. ( They had no problem with me special ordering). Throughout the six week period between ordering and delivery the communication from Adam and the dealership was outstanding!! If you do your homework, as I did, you will find that Sommers was the BEST choice of dealerships. They are the #1 dealer in the state for a reason. And it shows. I highly recommend that you visit then if you are in the market for a Subaru. Thanks!! More
