Make sure you get all promises in writing because they seem to have a fair amount of turnover. Just because someone promised you a free detailing or free oil change, there is a good chance that person will no longer be at the dealership when you try to get the work done. All I can stress is get the final price IN WRITING before agreeing to buy a vehicle from these people and make sure you get all promises IN WRITING as well. More

Adam E. was quick to respond to my online inquiry and gave me his mobile for any follow-up information I needed. I spoke to him the morning before I drove out from Madison and he assigned me Alex B. in sales for when I arrived. I found the vehicle on the lot and Alex met me outside. He handed me the keys with his card and said take your time. That's how it should be. No distractions while test driving. I drove the vehicle, inspected the exterior, and headed back intent on purchasing it. While the used car manager did his appraisal on my trade-in they detailed the car. After agreeing on numbers I applied for financing and met with Jordan for signing. Big shout out to Jordan for being so genuine and approachable. This is usually the person you dread the most at a dealer, but he was honest and straightforward. Really nice guy. I met with Wade for a tech demonstration and I was on my way. 5-star service from everyone all around. I can't speak highly enough about my experience here and I look forward to returning for a future purchase. They aren't a large volume Lexus dealer, but the customer service alone is worth the visit. Nice work guys. You earned it. More

Very friendly and personable I corresponded with Adam and Bradley through email and text and both were very easy to get a hold of and willing to help me. Went in the following day I corresponded with Adam and Bradley through email and text and both were very easy to get a hold of and willing to help me. Went in the following day and met with Bradley in person and got a beautiful car at a a beautiful price. Bradley and all the other staff I met while I was at the dealership were very friendly and genuinely seem to care about me as a person and not just someone they can make money off of. Hope to do business there again someday More

Our last experience with a dealership left my wife extremely skeptical, but working with Dave, Wade, Verbie and the rest of the Brookfield staff changed her and mines perspective. It was a flawless experience with Dave during the initial purchase. He was extremely inviting and the environment was great. We at no time felt pressured and all our our questions were answered before we began the paper work, a truly enjoyable buying experience. Verbie the finance guy was an absolute delight, so much so that my wife had to cut us off from chatting so much so we could finally leave the dealership. After we completed the purchase the tech wiz stepped in (Wade). He delivered his Lexpertise in regards to all the vehicles functions, synced our phones, and we were off and running. He gave us his personal information so that at anytime we have questions about the functionality of the vehicle we can call or shoot him a message. Great place and looking forward to driving out car for many years to come. Final shout to Adam Elbiadi who was my initial contact online, insuring the vehicle was available before we drove up. More
