Worst experience ever !!!Do not go there!! Disabled Worst experience ever !!! Do not go there!! Disabled veteran I went there a car with cash before the deal with even agreed-upon they took the license Worst experience ever !!! Do not go there!! Disabled veteran I went there a car with cash before the deal with even agreed-upon they took the license plate off the my trade in car. I went through with the deal & 2 weeks later the battery died. I later found my license plate attached with 1 screw. I called to be reimbursed for the battery only to be denied. A reputable dealership looking to earn business and look for referral business should treat their guests better? Adam Garcia was my sales rep. Do not waste your time or money! The finance dept. stated the car could not be returned in 3 days for any issues! Poor business ethic! 0 rating total More

Not a good experience. I wouldn't waste time going there....would love to speak with the owner. Spent alot of money and treated so badly. Not sure if because I came from out of town they didn't ca there....would love to speak with the owner. Spent alot of money and treated so badly. Not sure if because I came from out of town they didn't care about my business? I had to follow up all the time to have my emails or calls returned. Last straw which made me write this was I sent an email with important questions after I had my car for couple days and STILL no response to it. Guess after sale is final they can't be bothered with past customers. Just horrible customer service on all ends....i was treated so poorly. Go elsewhere! I also think the poor customer service starts at the top in this dealership and trickles down. They need to work on treating customers better. More
