Ask for Rafael Rodriguez, he is the best! He is amazing and makes the process really smooth. He goes above and beyond for his customers and tries to help as much as possible. You brace yourself going into a car dealer. Prepare mentally for the oncoming “pushy salesmen.” And then… they don’t come. Instead, you get friendly people who don’t try to “push” anything on you. They’re helpful. They listen. They’re accommodating. That was my experience with Mr.Rodriguez. He took the time to listen to my needs and budget, and had several quick recommendations. I loved being able to look at cars and test drive them without him hovering, and the whole experience took less than 2 hours! My experience at South Dade Kia was so much better, easier, and faster than at any other major dealership, and i will definitely go back the next time I need another car. Thank you! More
