Very disappointed that Adam/or alejandra from south dade kia never reached back out to me to credit the $200 difference for the navigation system I was previously charged for, then changed again! Sent a fe kia never reached back out to me to credit the $200 difference for the navigation system I was previously charged for, then changed again! Sent a few messages after we picked up the car but never any response. Here was my final message! “Good afternoon I was hoping to hear back from either you or Adam in regard to that additional fee that I paid for the navigation that was already initially in our original quote. I thought as though maybe and good faith that Adam or you would’ve reached back out to me to refund that additional $200, I have yet to hear back anything from either of you. I would appreciate feedback in regard to this as I feel it is most important in the positively completed sale of our new purchase of our Kia! Truly, the proper thing to do is to either reimburse a $200 credit on my charge card or to receive a $200 cashiers check. I greatly appreciate your time and hope that this will be resolved in an honest manner. Thank you.” … Even the sticker window proved that the navigation system was in original cost quoted. No response! 🤔 More

I bought a used vehicle there but unfortunately before i could actually take the vehicle home it had a mechanical issue. Salesman Rishaud did an awesome job of making me feel comfortable and no pressure a could actually take the vehicle home it had a mechanical issue. Salesman Rishaud did an awesome job of making me feel comfortable and no pressure as we looked and test drove the vehicle. Finance mgr Adam was awesome in working out a deal being totally transparent on a price that I was happy with. Unfortunately after the deal was done , the vehicle had a mechanical issue so the next day I returned to the dealership and everyone I met with previously was so apologetic and so shocked that this situation had happened. Manager Marcello was so helpful and they refunded my money instantly and were super professional about everything. I would definitely recommend this dealership because of the quality of people that work there. Salesman Rishaud was so caring that he followed up with me a couple of days later just to make sure I had gotten back home as I had driven 4 hours to visit the area while looking for a car. More
