Before I stepped foot into the Automotive world I had been working on vehicles with my father since I was about 14 years old. After that I had joined the Military. I finished out my contract with the Army National Guard and left as an E-5 Sergeant. During my time with the national guard I found myself gaining employment with a locally owned tire shop which, unknowingly, kicked off my career. After working on cars for a short period of time I quickly made my way to sales and soon after became apart of the management team. As apart of the management team for this family owned business I helped develop many policies and procedures that the company still uses to this day. After many years of training and development between working on cars and management My journey has lead me here to Alderman Automotive. My plan is to help build Alderman Automotive towards the future and grow the business as much as possible. The sky is the limit!

I purchased my car used from another dealer. They also sell the same cars new. (I don't want to mention the dealer) My car was in for services shortly after my purchase - twice. Needless to s They also sell the same cars new. (I don't want to mention the dealer) My car was in for services shortly after my purchase - twice. Needless to say, after paying for repairs on a car I just bought from the same people who sold it to me...I've lost my trust. I went to the local auto parts store to have them read the codes on my check engine light, and they suggested Alderman. I appreciate being able to drive my car off the street and having someone look at it objectively to find the problem. Alex was friendly and very straightforward with what needed to be done and why. I had to leave it overnight so they'd have enough time to work on it and get it done right. They said it would take 4-6 hours to repair, and the next day by 2 PM, it was repaired. They even had someone drop me off at home. I will be back for regular maintenance! More

My car wan't fixed right the first time. So, I had to take it back and then pay the diagnostic fee, if they find ONE thing that was different than the original repair. Adam told me he would talk to Volkswagen to see if the repair was covered under their warranty and never did. Communication wasn't great either, considering I had to keep my car there for a few nights. I've had better service with Alderman in the past, but was disappointed, this series (since I had my car there a few times for the same concerns). More

Took my vehicle to Alderman Automotive because my daughter had issues with the speed. They allowed us to bring the car in immediately and took up to 48 hours to test and ensure everything was fine. daughter had issues with the speed. The Service Dept was super professional and so nice. More

Alex, Adam and Matt have provided excellent service, keeping me informed. After reaching 100k miles, I pursued preventative maintenance, including shock/strut replacement for long hauls.
