Tracy was extremely patient and friendly and was able to coordinate the service for the day after my car came out of the body shop across town. Adam was my service advisor. I’ve had many experiences with service advisors over decades of time at several dealerships, and Adam is definitely at the top of the list. Super friendly and patient (like Tracy) and explained everything in detail. Everything was done while we waited and we were out of there pretty quickly. It definitely pays to get there early AM. Great service experience. I’ll be coming here from now on. More

I left my vehicle for service for an entire week to repair (for the 3rd time), defects with the blind spot monitor and adaptive cruise control. By Friday afternoon I had not heard anything from the de repair (for the 3rd time), defects with the blind spot monitor and adaptive cruise control. By Friday afternoon I had not heard anything from the dealership, so I called to determine if my truck had been repaired and was ready for me. I stated on hold for 43 minutes until someone assured me that my truck was taken care of and was ready for me to pick up. I picked it up the next day and within seconds of starting the vehicle, both the blind spot monitor and adaptive cruise control demonstrated the same defects as when I had brought it in and from the two previous service appointments. The same defect messages had to be present when they moved the vehicle out of the shop and when the brought it to the service center, but no one said a word to me. I could not have been more upset and honestly question whether any work had been done on it at all. I drive to Louisville from Nashville every week and not having the functionality I have paid for and need is creating a safety issue for me and no one at the dealership seems to care. Further, when I picked up my vehicle, they charged me $319 for an oil change. When I questioned it, it was quickly corrected to $178, a difference of $141. No one was going to say anything until I pointed it out. Further, I later noticed that a new oil life sticker was not applied to the windshield (the old one is still there) and the oil monitor was not reset. So my app tells me I have 12% oil life and I’m already past the mileage and date on the sticker. Honestly, I’m not confident that the oil was even changed. I truly believe that my truck sat in their lot for a week and they billed my for an oil change that didn’t happen and never attempted to repair my 3rd time defect that is making driving unsafe for me every time it glitches out. More

I recently had a very good experience with your service scheduling agent. Meredith is the person that I had the most interaction with. I have a Jeep Rubicon that may have been affected with the most recent scheduling agent. Meredith is the person that I had the most interaction with. I have a Jeep Rubicon that may have been affected with the most recent recall. I called and spoke with Meredith before Jeep dealerships had any information. Meredith reassured me that she would take down my name and number and call as soon as the manufacturer had sent out an action plan. Sure enough, on our around July 16 I received a personal call from Meredith to decode an appointment for me. Not many professionals do this. Adam, our service rep was equally competent. From this point forward when I need to schedule a service for my Jeep Rubicon I will personally reach out and try to schedule through Meredith. I can’t say enough nice things about her. I actually made it a point to stop by and introduce myself to her and her scheduling team. I hope the dealership realizes how “customer facing” they are and what a good job they do. Thank you Adam.
