I think Josh, my salesman, did an excellent job. He had the perfect attitude and ample knowledge. He was extremely helpful and patient to us young and somewhat inexperienced car buyers. The other people there I thought were pretty good, albeit a little pushy at times. Additionally, I think the dealership as a whole took a very long time to get us out of there. We were there for 7 hours. I’m sure they were somewhat understaffed, but I know other people arrived after us and left long before us. I think they could’ve probably gotten us out a couple hours or more sooner at least. But as far as Josh is concerned, he went above and beyond. He was great. More
