Heather is seriously the best service advisor I've ever had hands down. Chippewa Valley Mazda went above and beyond. Keep in mind my car didn't not just need a little bit of work. They are always accommodating in all the departments even when you are there for one thing the other staff make sure all you needs and concerns are met. Only thing I did not like was the price on vehicle seemed to increase by $1000 in less than a day, and they tried to explain it, but it still didn't make sense to me, apparently a dealership "sale" had ended that day & I wish I wouldve known that or they could've at the very least still honored it, but that's really not anyone's fault and maybe I am being greedy, I still managed to recieve other discounts and savings through the dealership to save some money. Very nice and professional dealership. More
