Huge selection, fast turnover I saw the dealership driving by. I was on my way to buy some new tires for my car at Discount Tire down the road. The selection looked great so i stop I saw the dealership driving by. I was on my way to buy some new tires for my car at Discount Tire down the road. The selection looked great so i stopped by . 2 hrs later i got myself a new car from Jidd with an awesome deal. It was very unexpected but the sales team really worked with me and saved me alot of money as well as a new car. Thank you Jidd. More

Bought a 2012 Mercedes Benz - Great Price- Great Service This was one of my best buying experiences ever. I moved from Tampa and needed to sell my Ford Fusion. The sales staff were very helpful and listened to my concerns before taking a test ride. I found the car I liked, but it had a missing cup holder and a broken speaker grill in the back. No big deal. They took care of it, washed it up, and I left with a great care and a great price. People need to understand that these dealerships are in business and they can't simply give cars away. I took the time on a Saturday to negotiate the best deal for me and I walked away happy. These are very reasonable guys and I highly recommend them to anybody looking for a quality import. More

One of my friends recommended me to take my car into service at Jidd Motors so I decided to give them a try. I walked into the service department and was greeted by Faris and Omar as soon as I walked in service at Jidd Motors so I decided to give them a try. I walked into the service department and was greeted by Faris and Omar as soon as I walked in and interrupted their conversation. While waiting for my routine oil change to be completed, Omar was giving me a tour of the dealership. I was introduced to the President and they both were very kind and respectful. My oil change was completed in 30 minutes AND the entire service department was SLAMMED! When my oil change was done, Faris from the service department walked over to the sales department to inform me. I will go back for sure to get more help from these gentlemen at this dealership. thats what I call customer service! More

I wanted to share my car buying experience to everyone looking for a used car. I have been to multiple dealers all over Chicagoland and talked with several salesperson for a particular SUV that I have al looking for a used car. I have been to multiple dealers all over Chicagoland and talked with several salesperson for a particular SUV that I have always wanted. I did my research first on the Acura RDX on several websites and then talked with people from several sources before deciding to see the car itself in the dealer store. In Jidd motors, the approach and treatment of the staff were exceptional. I was also trading my Landrover Freelander, and I was eager to be updated to the latest automobile technology. I was satisfied in getting what I wanted out of the deal, and they have taken care of everything for me. Not only that, I can bring the car to them to have it maintained. The service was magnificent and I highly recommend this dealer to my friends, family, and co-workers. More
