He was very responsive in answering questions in email, making an appointment to meet with us, preparing for us to test drive the vehicle, answering questions related to financing and warranty options. I told him about Jidd Motors and told him to pick a car on the website and i would go test drive it for him. The process took less than 2 hrs from test drive to purchase. This dealership is extremely well organized and their goal is to make you happy when you leave. Everything went smooth and at the end of the day they satisfied 2 people. And now they keep calling (including the owner) saying they tracked our IP address and are going to take legal action because of this review. We purchased a car here about a month ago, it took us 7 hours to finalize a deal that should have taken about an hour and a half. They didn't disclose any problems with the car, so we brought it to a mechanic and found out there. Jidd Motors, specially a Manger named Zaia (Zay-uh, spelling?), then toyed with us saying they would fix a broken part but minutes before we signed they said they can't. During negotiation they showed us a price we all agreed upon but when we went to finalize the deal they secretly added back in everything we told them to take out. They said this is what your monthly payment will be, sign the papers. The monthly payment seemed a bit high so I asked to see the numbers and the amount was thousands more than what we had agreed upon 7 hours earlier. Then we had to renegotiate and they wouldn't honor the price before (they did decrease it a little), but after 7 hours we were just upset and wanted to get it over with. They might have a couple great cars which is what we went there for but be careful. A guy backed into a black corvette and Jidd Motors didn't even tell the owner who purchased the car that day. The loaner car that they gave us didn't even have a knob for the stick shift so we had to hold a metal rod. The reason for the loaner was due to them installing a remote start, which we had to go back for 3 times due to not installing the correct part and promising us something they couldn't actually deliver. They will try to cover and cheat their way out of something so just keep an eye on what you go there for and make sure the same doesn't happen to you. Could you get a decent car there for a good price, Yes but just be careful. I believe they tried to run a game on us, they make you wait so long and make it seem like they are doing you favors, butter you up a bit and then the last min they change or not disclose things and hope you don't catch it. Be warned! ADDITION: Since then... Myself and my partner have been contacted well over 5 times to change our review. They are even trying to buy a better review here is my latest message from them, exact message. "Good Morning, I went and spoke to the boss he said if you have the invoice, for the fix, he will be more than happy to pay you the $500, he wants to get a different review!!" So here is some extra back story from the above review. We had them install a remote start, well they couldn't get it right. They did it 3 different times and swore everything worked and the options we wanted it to do like lock the door, unlock the door, make the car start so that when you get in the car you can just take off. Well it doesn't unlock/lock the doors and every time you put the car brake on it dies. Thanks Jidd motors for wasting our $790 dollars to install a remote start that doesn't work correctly and for harassing us to take down a truthful review. The sales staff were very helpful and listened to my concerns before taking a test ride. I found the car I liked, but it had a missing cup holder and a broken speaker grill in the back. No big deal. They took care of it, washed it up, and I left with a great care and a great price. People need to understand that these dealerships are in business and they can't simply give cars away. I took the time on a Saturday to negotiate the best deal for me and I walked away happy. These are very reasonable guys and I highly recommend them to anybody looking for a quality import. More

One of my friends recommended me to take my car into service at Jidd Motors so I decided to give them a try. While waiting for my routine oil change to be completed, Omar was giving me a tour of the dealership. I was introduced to the President and they both were very kind and respectful. My oil change was completed in 30 minutes AND the entire service department was SLAMMED! When my oil change was done, Faris from the service department walked over to the sales department to inform me. I will go back for sure to get more help from these gentlemen at this dealership. thats what I call customer service! More
