Regret with the purchase Frustrated and quite unhappy.. I purchased a car from Michigan over Internet and the close the deal over the phone. I flew in from Michigan to Chic Frustrated and quite unhappy.. I purchased a car from Michigan over Internet and the close the deal over the phone. I flew in from Michigan to Chicago to pick up my car - dealership employee Luca told me it's only one key for this car when I got there. I priced replacement key thru Lexus dealership and for Lexus ES 350 to replace a new key it is $403. That is $403 increase in a sales price of my car. It was never disclosed in the purchase order. I wish employees were more organized, I got wrong paperwork for different car -vin # and year did not match and it took a wile to locate log nuts for the wheels. One week later I still don't have a title and documentation for the car. Manager Robert Berger wasn't helpful at all and was covering up for his employees who didn't do their job. With all set and done I have multiple options to buy car somewhere else within same price range. Unsuccessfully I contacted several times Adam Jidd ( the owner) he never bothered to return my phone calls. Bottom line: I wish I would have a better experience with buying car from this dealer and am disappointed that I was to trustful. More

Her words "Good morning, Vernon! I'm still thinking 💭 about you, and I'm waiting for you to come back to pick up your BMW 750 😊" And for her help and kind text and emails, I'm writing this review to thank her for being an excellent sales agent and continue bringing that helpful experience to all of your clients.
