After 23 years of driving the same vehicle I find myself in need of a new one. My husband and I are older and wanted to actually look at the cars in person, sit in the car and go for a test drive. Mac introduced himself and I shared with him my story about my car. After 23 years with a car it's emotional to let go of a vehicle. My "Dad" used to say to me if you take care of your car will take care of you. Now here I am 23 years later and the thought of a keyless car with all this technology, bells and whistles that I have never had, "wow", it is a bit uncomfortable. Mac spent time with me listening and test driving different vehicles and helped me find the perfect car for me! I am the proud owner of a 2021 Seltos EX. Mac made this process so painless! He went over all the features in the car and made sure I was comfortable. How patient he was, I can't thank him enough! He is personable and professional. High volume store, but still pays attention to detail, which I like. Zach is a knowledgeable guy who knows his product but also keeps it real. He was very understanding of our needs and he took the time to listen to us and provide my fiance and I with solutions for our car needs. The way all of the associates at Destination Kia treats their clients is top notch. My 2 year old son was getting a little restless(as they do) after a couple of hours at the dealership, but Amy Pogorzelski was super sweet and took the time to make sure he was happy and taken care of as well. They charged me for sealant on car after I told them I couldn’t afford it 6X. They made it seem like they were doing me a favor by including it at no extra cost when I bought brand new car, but then I not couldn’t afford it 6X.
