Aggressive and ignorant sales agents, with quite a few back and forth with sales managers. There is evidence of unethical practices, like trying to sell a vehicle with 2019 tires. To Quebedaux's credit they did fix it, but only after I got up to leave. I am an A+ customer with near perfect credit and a down payment. I did not expect to be treated like a like a first time car buyer. Over all I could not trust any part of the experience to be safe and free from have every last dime being squeezed out of my pocket. In the end I bought the vehicle due to it's attributes only. More
