It's now been almost three weeks since I paid off my

Tried calling the dealership to speak with the finance rep and the call was never picked up and didn't go to voice mail to leave a message, it simply disconnected after multiple "reroutes". Had to call back and was told by a sales rep "we were very busy over the holiday so transactions are taking longer, check back again next week" which means more phone calls and wasted time. This should have been a simple transaction to complete. This was our third vehicle purchase at this dealership, probably will be the last as the service dept which used to be first-rate has also gone downhill of late. Way to go Quebedeaux, not!

The experience I had with my sales rep and finance rep
were great, however, the detail process was horrible and they missed major things in my car. Found melted crayons in my car door and chewed gum AFTER

I reached out to Ramon and did not receive anything back from him. While the car is fine, that final experience was terrible. Not to mention that the car was not detailed the day it was supposed to be, and I had to bring it back a different day to finish that part of the process. To be fair, I do not blame Ramon, but I do think someone should reach out to settle this better because that is unacceptable. With that final experience, I cannot in good conscience recommend this dealership to anyone.

I would also love to note that I when I did reach out to those I worked with in the buying process, I have not received a single response back. This is definitely making it seem like I am not valued anymore as a customer and that now that my money has been spent, my concerns are irrelevant. I hope your dealership will do the right thing and reach back out to me. Something should be done about this because it is very frustrating.
