This dealership is located 1.5 hours from where we reside. I was impressed with the customer experience that I received while purchasing my wife's new car. I contacted our salesman when I decided to trade my vehicle. This is the most "customer friendly" dealership that I have ever experienced. I was able to negotiate a deal via the Internet and phone calls to our salesman. When we arrived at the dealership, we had already completed the paperwork, which the dealership paid for via FedEx. All we had to do was pickup the new vehicle. I have never witnessed such a busy dealership with so many customers present in the lobby. They have exceptional facilities and offer snacks and a wide variety of drinks to accommodate one while at the dealership. I will definitely use this dealership in the future and highly recommend anyone desiring a new Chevrolet or Buick to use this dealer. More

He proved to be very knowledgeable and stayed with us until we finally drove away at 11pm. Yes they fought for the best deal for us way after closing. I can't say enough about how pleased we are in our purchase. Also how thankful we are to Ciprian who was right there as well.
