We had purchased a 2012 X3 from your dealership in the past and definitely wanted to come back for our new vehicle. We had also worked with Brad Davis in the past and were happy to see he was now at BMW of Columbia. Brad is a pleasure to work with. He makes you feel comfortable immediately and throughout the process. Both Brad and Steve Veros (Sales Manager) went the extra mile to find the right X3 to meet our needs. They listened to what we wanted in the vehicle and provided great information on options, color/trim suggestions, etc. The buying experience went very smoothly; which was greatly appreciated. Adam Miller and Grant Stephens were also very friendly and professional in working through the finance issues. Jason Wolters (BMW Genius) was extremely helpful and professional in walking us through the many features of our new X3. The new facility is beautiful and the indoor area where they had placed our new X3 (and where we received our briefing from Jason) was extremely nice. Very proactive and impressed with Adam! Josh was our salesman and was very prompt in getting us in our explorer. If Josh didn't know the answer to one of our questions, he would investigate and get back to us in a timely manner. There were 4 explorers on the lot at the time of purchasing ours and Josh was adamant to show us the one with the lowest mileage that was affordable for us. Josh was very knowledagble and made sure we were aware of the FREE car washes that come with buying a car from BMW. Very impressed with the team all around. No vultures (pushy people) at BMW, nothing but quality service! More
