I’ve always hated going to dealerships, but this is by far the best dealership I’ve ever been to! Other dealerships will push and push and then keep you there for hours to make you tired. BMW of Columbia far the best dealership I’ve ever been to! Other dealerships will push and push and then keep you there for hours to make you tired. BMW of Columbia doesn’t. The process was fast. The best part is they do not markup above MSRP with inflation going on. I worked with Rafael Romero and Steve Veros. They kept me updated on a vehicle that was in production till the car arrived at the dealership! Adam Miller was very helpful as well! I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a new/used BMW or even other vehicles on their lot. More

Upfront Spoiler Alert! !! Bottom line, our experience was fantastic! We saw a car on the BMW lot that we were interested in test driving several days earlier. We drove it an !! Bottom line, our experience was fantastic! We saw a car on the BMW lot that we were interested in test driving several days earlier. We drove it and it was ok. Our sales agent, Brett, picked up on the mixed reactions that my wife and I had, so he suggested that we try the X5. We had never considered BMW, but since we were there, why not! WOW! What an eye opener! We test drove several models, but always kept coming back to the X5. It was too late………we had fallen in love! We worked out a deal that was perfect for us. My wife and I always felt that we were in control of the pricing, color choices, and the other bells and whistles that we wanted. Brett was there just to answer our questions and provide other helpful information that we needed. BINGO!!! It was a done deal within 4 hours! If you are car shopping and not sure what exactly you want…….go to BMW of Columbia! If you don’t have a “car guy”………ask for Brett Cloon! He was as easy going and non-pressuring as could be!
