I recently got married in March of 2018, and my wife and I have four amazing children and one dog who is a huge part of our family.

I had an amazing experience working with Karissa at Subaru in Chander, AZ. I was dealing with some health issues and recovering from surgery, which delayed my response times throughout the process. She was nothing but patient, understanding, and accommodating every step of the way! Her communication was always spot on, and she kept me updated clearly and promptly throughout everything! 🙌👏 What really stood out was her kindness and professionalism. She always had a smile on her face and truly went above and beyond for me. Knowing about my procedure, she even helped carry my belongings to and from my rental car, which was such a thoughtful gesture and meant so much during a difficult time. Karissa made the entire process of getting my four new tires smooth and stress-free, and her level of customer service was exceptional. Subaru is lucky to have someone like her on the team. Way to go, Karissa, you deserve major recognition… and honestly, at the very least, treated to lunch! Oh, and Eddie too! Thank you again for everything! More
