She always had a smile on her face and truly went above and beyond for me. Knowing about my procedure, she even helped carry my belongings to and from my rental car, which was such a thoughtful gesture and meant so much during a difficult time. Karissa made the entire process of getting my four new tires smooth and stress-free, and her level of customer service was exceptional. Subaru is lucky to have someone like her on the team.
