Very good buying experience. I just traded up my 2023 CX-30 to a 2025 CX-50. Needed more cargo and passenger space. Jason was a patient salesman since it took me a while to make I just traded up my 2023 CX-30 to a 2025 CX-50. Needed more cargo and passenger space. Jason was a patient salesman since it took me a while to make a decision. He helped me look at all the pros and cons of different models. AJ, Adam, Gus & Caden were also helpful with the sale. Dealership is convenient and close to my home. That is a bonus for maintenance. More

Service department is great no issues. The sales manger and the sales people are the most unreliable and unprofessional people I have ever met. I tried to get an issue resolved and potent The sales manger and the sales people are the most unreliable and unprofessional people I have ever met. I tried to get an issue resolved and potentially trade in for a new car. It took a whole month the get someone to finally respond. To make things worse when I showed up for my appointment with the manger he was not there and no one knew anything. I wasted a whole month waiting for the manger. We have purchased 2 cars from this dealership in the past. We would have one more. After this I will never come back and I will make sure everyone knows how unprofessional and untrustworthy the dealership is. More
