** Update to our previous review: we unfortunately learned after buying our car that one of the main features we were interested in (heated seats) was inaccurately advertised for this vehicle. We asked during our test drive if it was available and were assured that it was included after not being able to find the buttons for it. We were told to check the manual but that it definitely had heated seats. Unfortunately, since the car was listed to have this in the description as well as in pictures, we trusted that we were just needing to review the manual to figure out how to access this feature and trusted the word of the dealer. Unfortunately after day 4 of owning the car we realized that our specific model does NOT come with this feature and we reached out to the dealer to see what could be done since this was essentially falsely advertised. We were told nothing but an apology could be given so that just kinda stinks considering we explicitly asked about it. We definitely take some responsibility for not having pushed further/recognized this within the first three days but still feels unsettling that a dealer would explicitly advertise a feature for a car that doesn't even exist. (See pictures of listing details). I would still give it 3.5 stars but unfortunately yelp does not allow a half star. Overall the experience started better than most dealers but now it almost feels like the same kind of experience where you feel like you were taken advantage of *shrug*. If you consider this dealership just be sure you check all of the features you were interested in to make sure they function properly/exist at all before moving forward on your purchase. A general practice that should happen anywhere you go but given the response we received after bringing this to their attention it is definitely something to be extra careful about at this dealership. See our yelp review for additional pictures regarding these issues. ***************** We had the most wonderful car buying experience when purchasing our Hybrid Honda Accord! From the moment we called to request a test drive all the way through our signing experience, Alexander (our awesome sales rep), Adam (manager), and Sara (finance) provided us with such an informative and pleasant experience! We had no less than 2,432 questions about the car, the pricing breakdown, and extra packages and were always met with a quick response time, in depth answers, and given the opportunity to think through each response without feeling rushed to move onto the next thing. Car shopping has never been anything near a pleasant experience but I will say that this dealership never once made us feel the way traditional dealers do. From start to finish we scheduled a visit/test drive and signed for it in less than 24 hours because we were THAT confident in our experience and the service we received. We greatly appreciate how professional this team was and will gladly recommend this team to handle anyone’s car buying experience! Thank you again Alexander, Adam & Sara! More
